2012
Our Group’s history dates back to 2012 with the establishment of BPESE which was incorporated on 15 February 2012 under the Companies Act 1965 and deemed registered under the Act as a private limited company under the name of Bold Paradise Express Sdn Bhd. On 3 September 2012, BPESE had changed its name to BPE Synergy Engineering Sdn Bhd.
2013
BPESE began its business preparation and commenced its business in 2012 by providing the
services on troubleshooting and repair of E&E products from a home office in Alai, Melaka.
While the troubleshooting and repair business started to grow, within the same year, we
shifted our business operations to the current rented premises in Taman Bukit Cheng, Melaka.
In January 2013, we started providing PCB design and assembly as well as managing
fabrication services on a project basis, as well as PCB refurbishment and replating for our first
customer, KESM Test (M) Sdn Bhd, a local independent burn-in and test service provider to
the semiconductor industry. We secured our first MNC customer, namely, Customer B in the
same year by providing and managing the PCB design, fabrication and assembly for reliability
lab test jig, as well as semiconductor final test automation, including mechanical fabrication
of storage rack, cabinet and table to the company.
2014
We expanded our portfolio of service offerings in 2014 to include outsourced technical and management services on a contractual basis, burn-in board and socket cleaning services, as well as troubleshooting and repair services for semiconductor test board, equipment board and power supply.
2015
In 2015, we secured our first outsourced technical and management services contract. In addition, BPESE achieved the ISO 9001 standard after obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification under the scope of “design and development of PCB, probe card, customised socket, test contact fingers and related mechanical products” by NQA.
2016
In 2016, our annual revenue surpassed the ‘RM10 million’ mark for the first time.
2019
In 2019, we secured our first test hardware related design services contract in Penang.
2021
In 2021, we expanded our geographical footprint by setting up a branch office in Bayan Lepas, Penang to drive sales and support our customers in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia, focusing mainly on troubleshooting and repair services segment for semiconductor test board, equipment board and power supply.
2023
In 2023, we were appointed by UIGreen to be its sole independent sales agent in Malaysia to promote the sales of its testing contactor and provide technical support in Malaysia.
