Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Probe Card Operation Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our probe card repair facility. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition following the technical knowledge transfer from our overseas business partner. Additionally, this role will provide technical support to the sales and marketing team to enhance customer engagement and solution delivery.

Academic Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry specifically on wafer-sort or probe card technologies (Cantilever, Vertical, Mems).
  • Hands-on experience with probe card repair, failure analysis, or test hardware support is highly preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in managerial or leadership role within probe card, test hardware, or wafer-sort operations is an added advantage.
  • Experience in technology transfer or participation in international collaboration projects is also a plus.
