SYSTEM INTEGRATION
BPE works closely with industrial partners to provide industrial grade integration systems to our customers. Our semiconductor industrial networks and our strong partnerships enable us to coordinate various integration projects. Our technical and operational support services are customized and tailored for customer’s needs, from a long-term contract to a small-scale manpower support.
DRIFT VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (DVMS)
The DVMS consist of a system with one channel to force voltage to power up the 2000 DUTs, and measure the respective Vref voltages.
This system will perform pass/fail test by probing the Vref voltage points within the BIB. Test will be performed at three control temperatures (namely 85°C, 25°C and -40°C).
The DVMS calculates the temperature coefficients and bins the result as Grade A, B or X (Fail) devices.
Upon test completion, the results will be directed to the printer for manual segregation of pass and fail units by the production operators.
SMART LOCKER SYSTEM (SLS)
The SLS is a system of real time monitoring for storage, usage and part control that link with server and become a quality system that add business value to an organization.
